 The Norwegian Elkhound Club of the Potomac Valley has been in existence for over 30 years, and still boasts many of the original members. We sponsor two shows a year and in 2004 we had our our very first Agility Trial with a repeat in 2005. It was so successful that we want to make this an annual event. We also have lots of fun at our Annual Picnic in September, Holiday Party in January, and Education Day in June. We actively support rescue efforts in our area. People who purchase Elkhounds from our members are encouraged to join - supporting people in their choice of an Elkhound is a priority for us.
